: featuring "Spiritual Armour" - The Seven Psychic Shields
The Bloedel Floral Consevatory in Vancouver opened December 6th, 1969 as the second largest domed conservatory in the world. At 43m (140ft) in diameter and 21m (70ft) high at the center, the triodetic dome design allows a large ground space to be spanned without the need for supporting columns.
Three simulated climates are maintained within the Conservatory; tropical rain forest, sub-tropical forest, and desert climate zones. This unique "Buckminster Fuller" styled building provides a superb venue to showcase my work.
